What We Do

We believe that education lays the foundations to create positive, healthy and sustainable communities.

Kids to Coast Australia

An educational exchange program for Indigenous and non-Indigenous young Australians that develops a stronger and wiser next generation of leaders, by bridging the cultural divide and building lifetime friendships.

Asia

We partner with outstanding organizations addressing the education needs of disadvantaged children in Asia. We focus on programs which boost self-esteem and empower children through performing arts & sports.

Our New Partner and Sister Organisation

Culture College is a social enterprise established by L. Janusz and Ana Hooker with a mission to inspire and educate Indigenous & non-Indigenous secondary school students and empower the next generation of Australia’s leaders.

All profits generated by the Culture College program will be reinvested into the Hooker Family Foundation to support the Kids to Coast program and other educational activities for Indigenous youth.

We Support & Deliver Educational Programs in Two Ways: Partner & Educate

Partner with programs and organisations who have a proven track record in delivering results / impact.

Work with Indigenous communities in Australia to deliver tailored educational incentive programs for Indigenous youth.

Our Aim is to:

Develop Relationships: Develop long-term relationships for a long-term sustainable impact.

Directly Impact: Directly fund projects or specific programs whereby 100% of the contribution or effort goes to the end beneficiaries.

Add Value: by providing strategic advice and leverage our business networks to achieve results.

Support Education: Focus on building the capacity and ability of those who deliver and support educational programs for disadvantaged youth.

Our Programs Are:

Tailored to the needs of the remote schools and communities in which we work.

Based on experiential learning and engaging the students in activities outside of the standard classroom.

Fun and creative, encouraging students to not only attend school but achieve positive results in all aspects of their life.

Engaging for young people via: ART, MUSIC, SPORT & CULTURE.

All children have some sort of connection, no matter where you come from. The obvious similarity between our cultures, although both very different, is the fact we all have a love for music.
